SOULFUL RELATIONSHIP THERAPY Where Every Connection Matters

You may be here because something in your life or relationships feels harder than it should, or because the ways you have learned to manage, protect, or hold things together are no longer working in the same way.

Therapy gives us a place to slow down and look more carefully at what is happening — not with judgment, but with curiosity and care.

Together, we begin to understand what has shaped you, so there can be more clarity, connection, and room for purposeful change.

How I Work

My approach is relational and grounded in the belief that healing happens through greater understanding, emotional safety, and connection.

In therapy, we slow things down enough to notice what is happening beneath the surface — in your emotions, your relationships, and the patterns that may have become familiar over time.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed practice and a relational understanding of healing, with attention to culture, roles, identities, family history, faith, career, and social belonging.

A Place to Begin

People come to therapy for many reasons: strain in a relationship, patterns that keep repeating, loss of trust, difficult transitions, the weight of past experiences, or simply a sense that life is no longer working as it once did.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start with what feels most important and make sense of it together.
